"The maids left an empty envelope with a "welcome, have a safe journey" note on it, obviously to collect tips. I thought this was
unusual and a little annoying. Do you condone this? This did not happen at my stay at Days Inn in Elko the following week.
A little refreshing (caulk, tile, etc.) and updating in the bathroom would have earned higher marks."
